
About The Chef
Growing up in a large family, we all had dinner together every night. That is where my interest in food began. There was always an occasion which called for a special dessert, and that started my journey into cooking. After a career in the financial markets, I decided to pursue my passion for cooking and attended the Cooking and Hospitality Institute in Chicago. Upon graduation I started working at numerous restaurants in Chicago and suburbs, developing my skills in all aspects of the business. I also have experience in catering and party planning.
My travels have taken me to many countries where I have experienced local foods as well as customs and have learned to incorporate some of these in my cooking.
I love sharing my knowledge and experience with others and look forward to bringing it together to your table.
