
How it Works
I will interview you and assess your likes, dislikes, special dietary needs, medical conditions and allergies. I prefer to do this in your home so that I may tour your kitchen. At this time, we can decide the number of meals that you will require and how often you will need my services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.).
I will create menus specifically designed for your culinary needs and likes. I don’t use fixed or standard menus, so menu design is kept fresh and seasonal.
I will grocery shop for the fresh food on the same day of your cook date.
I will prepare, label and store the food in the fridge or freezer with easy to understand heating instructions. I bring all of my own equipment, pots, pans, utensils and pantry items.
I will leave your kitchen clean and tidy with delicious food left for you to enjoy.
